Q: Once I register, how will I receive my log in information?
A: Immediately after you register for the Summit, you will automatically receive an email that will include several free bonuses just for signing up! This email will also include some additional logistical information that you will need for the event.

And don’t forget, by being part of the IMPACT Summit, you will receive access to a private, password-protected site where all the presentations will be housed.  You will receive all your login information about 5 days prior to the launch of the event on October 22nd.

In the weeks approaching the summit, expect a couple of emails from us that will remind you about the exciting event that you have signed up for and some additional bonuses!

Q: I signed up for the summit but when I logged out I couldn’t figure out how to login in again.

A: You can login to the site anytime by going to this page. There is also a link at the top of each page called “Login”.

Q: What if I cannot listen to all of the presentations during their scheduled day?
A: Great news! Once you register for this amazing event, you will have access to all of the wonderful content from our expert speakers – FOR LIFE!  You will be able to log in at your leisure and listen to each presentation as many times as you would like.

Each day of the live event there will be different presentations featured.  Once the presentations have been featured, they will remain accessible to you, FOREVER!

Q: What if I miss the keynote or the live Q & A?
A: The same rules apply to the Keynotes and Live Q & A’s as do to all of the other presentations.  The Keynotes and Q & A sessions will be recorded and posted on the Summit platform and you will be able to access them the same way you are able to access all of the other presentations.

Expect the Q & A sessions to be posted within 72 hours of the live session.

Q: What can I expect when I log into the IMPACT Summit platform?
A: When you enter your log in information you will be taken into a virtual class room.  Each presentation will be categorized according to the day of the Summit, for example Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 etc.  There you will see a link to each presenter and their topic.  By clicking on the link the presentation will load for your viewing pleasure.

The bonuses will also be available for download and access here as well.

Q: Can I ask questions throughout the presentations?
A: Yes! We encourage you to be chatting with us live throughout the week of the IMPACT Summit! You will notice that there will be a forum for interaction within the virtual classroom.  It is here that you can ask questions, talk to us as well as your fellow attendees.

Though we will try, each and every question posted may not receive a personalized answer.  BUT – that is what our LIVE Q & A’s will be for each night.  Stay tuned for more information on who will be featured on the live platform each night!  Todd will host these EVERY night along with guests that are appearing for IMPACT week.  These LIVE Q & A’s will occur at 5 pm PST (8 pm EST) each night and is all part of the price of the Summit.

Q: In exactly what format are the electronic files?
A: The summit audio files are in mp3 format and are playable on your computer, mp3 player (iPod, for example), and smart phone. Video files are in m4v format, the same format as YouTube videos. These files are playable on your computer, iTunes, and smart phone. Transcripts and bonus e-books are in PDF format.

Q: Will I be able to obtain CEC’s for this event?

A: Just for being a part of this week of IMPACT, with all of our proceeds being donated to the Drew Brees Dream Foundation, you are automatically eligible for CECs if you are a fitness professional.

  • CECs will be provided for ACE, NSCA, NASM.  If you would like to petition to another organization, you are welcome to do that.

Q: What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
